Medivacing an 11-year-old Haitian girl diagnosed with yellow fever

PETIT TROU DE NIPPES, Haiti (Jan. 23, 2010) An SH-60B Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to Screaming Seagulls of Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron Light (HSL) 46, embarked aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60), flies into a field at Petit Trou de Nippes to medivac an 11-year-old Haitian girl diagnosed with yellow fever.
