Combat controllers from 23rd Special Tactics Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fla., talk to aircraft circling the Port Au Prince International Airport. In the initial days of Operation Unified Response air operations were similar to the Berlin Airlift with aircraft landing every five minutes.
