LEOGANE, Haiti (Jan. 20, 2010) A landing craft unit from the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (22nd MEU) embarked aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) delivers humanitarian aid and supplies at a compound outside Leogane, Haiti. Carter Hall and the 22nd MEU are conducting humanitarian and disaster relief operations as part of Operation Unified Response after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake caused severe damage in Haiti Jan. 12. 10HE0120-M-8752R-030 (USMC)
