KILLICK, Haiti (Jan. 27, 2010) Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Matthew Evans, from Shallotte, N.C., assigned to the Africa Partnership Station (APS) West Staff aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44), loads humanitarian aid boxes onto a U.N. truck at Killick Haitian Coast Guard Base. Gunston Hall was diverted from its APS mission to assist with relief efforts for Operations Unified Response following a 7.0 earthquake that struck Haiti on Jan. 12, 2010. 10HE0127-N-7948C-032 (USN)
